In 1998 I was given the amazing opportunity to develop a work-force plan that would solve the staffing shortages plaguing a nine-hospital organization in Omaha, Nebraska. These strategies were so successful they became the foundation of our company when it launched as Avantas, LLC in 2002.
Today, our passion for solving the mission-critical issues of staffing that impact patient care is the underpinning for all that we do.
