How does it work?
Avantas nurses float to the Alegent Health Hospitals within the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area. They go to the unit where they are needed most within their specialty. Pool members learn where they will work the day of their shift by calling dedicated Staffing professionals. Avantas nurses are welcomed onsite because they are known for their excellent patient care.
