How does it work?
Avantas nurses float to the SSM Health Care - St Louis Hospitals. They go to the unit where they are needed most within their specialty. Each pool member has a voice mail box they check prior to their shift in order to learn where they will work on that day.
Avantas offers self-scheduling, allowing you to set your own schedule. Schedules are set according to your availability and the needs of the organization. Day positions available.
