How does it work?
Avantas nurses float to the five Alegent Health Hospitals within the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area. They go to the unit where they are needed most within their specialty (Critical Care, Step Down, or Med/Surg). Avantas nurses are welcomed onsite because they are known for their excellent patient care.
