How Does it Work?
Avantas nurses float to the five Alegent Health Hospitals within the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area. They can block schedule filling in open shifts in a certain ED and/or be available for last minute staffing needs. Flexibility to work various shifts a plus. Avantas nurses are welcomed onsite because they are known for their excellent patient care.
