How does it work?
Avantas nurses float to the SSM Health Care - St Louis Hospitals. They go to the unit where they are needed most within their specialty. Each pool member has a voice mail box they check prior to their shift in order to learn where they will work on that day.
All Avantas nursing positions require 3 years of recent and relevant experience with a strong preference for multi-site experience.
Choice 2 - Days - Every other weekend - 12 hours
Choice 3 - Work 96 hours per month in 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts. At least 24 worked hours must be on the weekend. This is a self scheduling, non-benefited position. Schedules are set according to your availability and the needs of the organization.
